[Exam test] Physical test
A good instructor does not have to be a champion, but neither does a person who has never trained or, above all, who has stopped training. For this reason and to maintain the high standards of our instructors, it is necessary to pass a physical test consisting of several tests. The work you do yourself will be very useful as experience to pass on to all children and young people.
Record videos of the physical tests indicated in the course and submit them for review following the instructions. The physical tests are as follows:
| Jump Rope | 1 pt Mobility (A) | 1 pt Mobility (B) | 1 pt Hand Stand | 1 pt Hand Stand Walk | 1 pt Head stand | 1 pt HSPU (Hand Stand Push Up) | 1 pt Pull up Strict + Kip | 1 pt | Push up | 1 pt Rope climb | 1 pt Somersaults forward and backward | 1-2pt K2C (Knees to Chest) Strict + Kip | 1 pt Wod ladder ladder: 1-10-1 Jumping Jack, Squat Jump, Sit up | 1-3 pts Running – 2000 m | 1 pt |
A minimum of 10 points is required to pass the test.
Record the videos of your trials, compress them into a folder in .zip format and upload it below, in the ‘Upload task’ section. If you have problems uploading the file in this way, you can send it by e-mail to certifications@ecross-sport.com (writing your name, surname and name of the evidence).
Important: only upload the file when the sum of the tests you have recorded reaches at least 10 points.
Requirements for passing the tests

The goal is to complete the 2 km within a maximum time, which for men is 9 minutes, for women 10′. The test is also valid on a treadmill. You must be in possession of a screen shot from an application or a photo of a treadmill screen showing the time taken to complete the test.

Only the repetitions with full Roma will be valid. The athlete may stop in the plank position but may not rest the knees or move the hands during the test. The test stops at exhaustion or at the end of 1′ as time limit.
