To become an affiliated center, it is necessary to certify the instructors who will be in charge of youth training and train the commercial department.
With ECross Kids you have the possibility to expand the training to all technical and commercial personnel, and then select the figures with the most suitable characteristics to access the course.
Course organization
Step 1
The course organization starts with an initial online webinar with the sales director to prepare the project + and 60 days access to 100% of the recorded course material.
Step 2
Two days of in-depth training: a total of 16 hours of live online or in-person training for technical and commercial staff to refine skills and practice.
Step 3
Live online webinar with the sales department, to plan and monitor progress.
Step 4
Scheduled video calls for assistance to solve any issues, monitor progress, and promote the development of the sector.
What else should I know?
The cost of the affiliate program is included for 1 year and is aimed at the training of one facility. A cost of €199 + VAT is expected for each additional facility to be trained beyond the first one.
It is possible to complete the training in 2 days by including steps 2-3-4 with step 1 (normally online).
Marketing kit included: access to the platform’s lessons and contents for 1 year.
Use of ECross brand.
An additional fee of €69 per instructor to be certified by ASI, a sports promotion organization recognized by CONI, must be added to the course registration fee.
Any expenses related to transportation, meals, and accommodation for the trainer.
Become an ECross Kids Certified Gym
One of the distinctive features of ECross Kids is the training extended to all staff, both technical and commercial, thus creating a common language within the center.
It means “Live training + Online exams”.
The training course includes two days of in-person lessons during which instructors can learn the basic concepts of the program. Once the two live days are completed, the training continues online with in-depth lessons and exams on the e-learning platform that allow for obtaining the ASI/CONI certification.
